PandaLabs is a software service innovation lab: clarity for personal work, a trusted identity foundation behind them all, and momentum for business operations. We believe AI works best not by deciding for you, but by untangling your scattered work into notes, tasks and proposals — and always waiting for your approval. Our first product, Panda Assistant, turns this into a complete personal loop: capture → organize → plan → execute → review — so that everyone can work with direction, rhythm and reflection.
We kept seeing the same predicament: ideas scattered across chats and sticky notes, promises scattered across meetings and group threads — and at the end of a busy day, no clear answer to "what did I actually move forward today?"
In 2026 we started building Panda Assistant — first as a tool for ourselves. Speak to capture, and Panpan, the in-app AI, organizes recordings, text and attachments into notes, tasks and proposals. Once you approve, they enter today's focus and this month's plan. At month's end, the AI drafts a review from what you actually did.AI organizes and proposes; you decide.
Since then, the identity work behind our own products has become PandaAuth — sign-on, authorization and audit, integrated once and reused across the ecosystem — and Oasis, the operations platform for your business, is now in closed beta. Personal work, trusted identity and business operations: three things PandaLabs intends to build well.
We named the brand PandaLabs. A panda is slow and steady — but every one of its steps counts. We want everyone who works seriously to move through their days the same way.
Each of us owns a part of the work — building the products, running the platforms and shaping every detail that reaches the outside world. Everything you see has someone looking after it.
