What is PandaLabs?
A software service innovation lab: clarity for personal work (Panda Assistant), a trusted identity foundation behind them all (PandaAuth), and momentum for business operations (Oasis).
What stage is Panda Assistant at? How do I join the beta?
It is in a closed, invite-only beta. Open assistant.pandalabs.cn and tap "Request early access" to apply; we review applications one by one and send invitations by email.
Is my data safe during the beta?
Your data is isolated to your account, and nothing Panpan writes takes effect until you approve. That said, this is a beta: services may change and data may be cleared, so keep your own copy of anything important. See the privacy policy at assistant.pandalabs.cn/legal/privacy.
Does Panpan (the AI assistant) make decisions for me?
No. Panpan only organizes and proposes: it turns what you say, type or upload into notes, tasks and proposals — nothing is saved until you approve. AI organizes and proposes; you decide.
Which devices does Panda Assistant support?
A web workspace and an Android app (long-press to talk for fast capture) today; iOS is not available yet.
I got my beta invite — how do I start?
Once approved, you will receive an email with an initial password. Open assistant.pandalabs.cn, sign in with your registered email and the initial password, set your own password when prompted, and you are in.
How do voice input and attachments work?
On mobile, hold the microphone in the input box and speak; your speech becomes text when you release. In a Panpan chat you can attach files or recordings, which are transcribed before being organized.
How much does Panda Assistant cost?
Nothing during the closed beta. Pricing for the official release is not decided yet — once it is, we will announce it on this site and in the changelog.
When will Oasis and PandaAuth be available?
Oasis is in closed beta with a live sign-in entry at oasis.pandalabs.cc; wide-availability timing is not promised yet. PandaAuth v1.0.0 is released and open source, with docs and live status at auth.pandalabs.cn; integration talks with product teams continue (hello@pandalabs.cc). Progress lands on the changelog and each product page.
