Privacy and website analytics

We collect only the information needed to improve our website, user experience, and channel effectiveness.

Website and performance analytics are enabled.

What we measure

Page views, content language, referring websites, campaign parameters, and clicks on documentation, download, repository, and contact links. Performance measurements cover loading, responsiveness, and visual stability. A contact click does not mean an email was sent.

What we leave out

Website analytics do not collect accounts, email addresses, phone numbers, email content, or free-form text. We do not record browsing sessions or link visitor identities between the two websites. Network addresses are processed for requests and statistical identifiers, but are not stored in operations data. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.

Storage and retention

Analytics from both websites are stored centrally in Shanghai, China. Raw traffic and performance data are retained for up to 90 days. Restricted backups are retained for up to 30 days; expired data is removed again after restoration. Only authorized team members can access analytics.

Your choices

We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also disable analytics in this browser. The preference is stored locally and does not affect pages, documentation, or downloads.
